Here are a few steps you can take to troubleshoot:1. Deactivate all plugins: If the issue is resolved, reactivate each plugin one by one to identify the source of the conflict.
2. Switch to a default theme: If the problem persists, try switching to a default theme like Twenty twenty four or Storefront to see if the issue is theme-specific.If still the issues persists on your end kindly create a staging site that should be an exact replica of your live site and share the staging site url, temporary admin nad FTP access of the staging site with us so that we can check the issue on your end and help you accordingly.
Also while sharing the access don’t forget to mark your reply as private.Sangita Support SquadKeymasterNothing to worry. You have put the client id wrong in the admin dashboard. So kindly go to admin dashboard >> MultiVendorX >> Payments, stripe connect and check the client id again. Then try to connect Stripe from the vendor dashboard billing section.

Here are a few steps you can take to troubleshoot:
1. Check if you choose the correct endpoint for the vendor dashboard: Under MultiVendorX >> Settings >> General >> Vendor dashboard page, here set the page where you have put the MultiVendorX vendor dashboard shortcode(https://tinyurl.com/26m3np6j).
If still the issue persists try the below steps for troubleshooting –
2. Deactivate all plugins: If the issue is resolved, reactivate each plugin one by one to identify the source of the conflict.
3. Switch to a default theme: If the problem persists, try switching to a default theme.
Once the issue gets resolved, simply go to vendor dashboard >>Store settings >> Billing , here from the payment method dropdown select Stripe connect and connect the vendor’s stripe account accordingly.

We are using the Advanced custom field version 6.2.7, MultiVendorX version 4.1.6 and MultiVendorX Pro version 1.3.1 on our end.

Please understand that we use WooCommerce coding flow for the import/export module. Therefore, when vendors export and import a variable product using the module,all details of the variable product are transferred, except for the variations linked to the attributes. Vendors will need to manually add these variations after importing a product.
This is all carried by WooCommerce code itself.As WooCommerce itself has issues with this, hence the vendor is facing the same. We will keep checking whether WooCommerce will release any update on this and will keep you posted.
