Hi, We tried to recreate this on our end but didn’t face any such issues.

It seems like there is some plugin/theme conflict. Just to be sure, disable all the plugins except WooCommerce, WCMp, WCMp Catalog Enquiry Pro and Catalog Enquiry, and check again.
If the issue is still there, switch to some default theme such as twenty and check again.

The default flow is such that in the Policies tab you’ll be able to add policy for shipping, refund, and cancellation/return or exchange policy. However you can disable the policy from admin end via WCMp>Settings>General>Enable Policy .(see screenshot- https://prnt.sc/9_rl5DIWH4eN )
But now if you want to change the default flow you’ll need to do custom code on your end. Now in order to assist you with the coding flow, kindly explain the full flow you are looking for, so we can assist you accordingly.@abukhart we are happy to help you
