    Hi,
    Our replies are inline with yours-

    -The MOBILE VERSION & IPAD Smaller devices if you look at Schools is still showing it … You were looking on the PC version which I have already fixed.
    If you look at POLOS and it shows “READ MORE” twice in there so issue is NOT fixed.
    If you look at SCHOOLS one, then it still shows “READ MORE” on MOBILE & IPad – need to remove it.
    PC version is fine ..
    Please help me fix this urgently as it looks unprofessional.

    -My question was I PREFER to have it scrolling or viewable at ALL TIMES like the Product Cart, because otherwise people cannot SEE the Enquiry Cart button .. it is a pain to find …

    Hi, our replies are inline with yours:

    -I would just prefer on MOBILE to show “ADD TO CART” or “SELECT OPTIONS” if Variable and NO “Add to Enquiry Cart” please.
    Urgent please as people are trying to order on mobile.
    I have already activated it now. Urgent issue as clients are trying to buy things in “Add to Cart” and For these products I DON’T want “Add to Enquiry cart” to display at all. How can I achieve this ? What setting and where do I go to fix it ?

    -Add to Cart is ONLY available to some products (not every product). Therefore if “Add to Cart” is available for product with no variations eg Schools THEN I don’t want the “Add to Enquiry Cart” to display .. only want 1 button.

    If you wish to enable only “Add to Cart” without “Send an Enquiry” for specific product category then kindly go to Catalog>Settings>Exclusion> Category Specific Exclusion (see screenshot- https://prnt.sc/QQ0rrYD1F-D2 )

    If you wish to enable only “Add to Cart” without “Enquiry button” for specific product then kindly go to

    Also kindly note that this exclusion is working fine on our end.

    -It does show a button to View Enquiry cart on the product BUT I would like the other ENQUIRY CART to POPUP somewhere for client to easily view what they have chosen.-

    >> Kindly note that “Cart” is only for product which customers are going to buy.

    You’ve to add “Enquiry Cart” via admin dashboard Appearance>Widgets>Legacy Widgets.

    Now from the dropdown of Legacy Widget choose “Enquiry Cart”.
    Now you’ll be able to view the Products which have been added to Enquiry Cart.

    -If you view the live site on both mobile & PC you will see that the “Enquiry cart” is NOT working properly. Not showing what client is enquiring about.

    The default flow is such that either admin will bear the entire tax per product or vendor will bear the entire tax per product.
    To set this flow enable tax via admin dashboard, WCMp>Settings>Payments>Tax . (see screenshot- https://prnt.sc/26xuw8e )

    However if you want any other flow then you have to do custom code on your end.

    -I already renewed my subscription for Woocommece Catalog Enquiry Pro but I cannot activate it on client site. Have put in the Product Order API Key & Id but still says Deactivated on the Client site in your the plugin area. How can I fix this urgently ?

    -Hi, ALSO need to be able to have both “BY NOW” Cart AND “Add to enquiry” on some products only .. Most products has “Add to Enquiry Cart” but some other products DON’T need “Add to Enquiry Cart” and ONLY NEED “Add to Cart”.

    It seems like there is some plugin/theme conflict. Just to be sure, disable all the plugins except WooCommerce,WCMp and Woocommerce Catalog Enquiry Pro and check again.
    If the issue is still there, switch to some default theme such as twenty twenty and check again.

    Hi,
    We tried to recreate this on our end but didn’t face any such issues.( see screenshot- https://prnt.sc/26vh11p ). In our demo that issue is related to the theme, we will communicate with them, so they can fix this in the next update.
    Also, for your site, it seems like a theme issue. Can you please switch to some default theme like Twenty Sixteen and check again.
