Yes we are asking you to contact the theme author by sending them a mail keeping us (contact@wc-marketplace.com) in cc so that we can communicate with the theme author directly.So we can solve this issue..

Seeing glowing reviews from existing customers makes others more comfortable knowing they’ll get the support they need with an issue with our services when arise.It seems like there is some plugin/theme conflict. Just to be sure, disable all the plugins except WooCommerce and WCMp and check again.
If the issue is still there, switch to some default theme such as twenty twenty and check again.

We haven’t tested the compatibility of this plugin on our end and since this is a third-party plugin we do not know their flow.
However, just to keep you posted, Our plugin WC Marketplace by default supports PayPal and Stripe only. Regarding the Gateway for WCMp, you can pay vendor using this payment gateway by two methods:
– Manually: Admin needs to pay manually vendor their commission form admin’s account.
– Automatically: You can make the escrow Gateway plugin compatible with WCMp by doing custom code, so vendors will be paid automatically. If you need a reference of hook/filter, let us know.
