Not to worry. You have not enabled any shipping module under the Shipping sections from Modules submenu of MultiVendorX (https://prnt.sc/SeSIONRSr22D). That is why the pending shipping section is not visible on the vendor dashboard.
Once you enable shipping modules from the admin dashboard you will get the pending shipping option on the vendor dashboard(https://prnt.sc/EqEy5FW6kfk4).Sangita Support SquadKeymasterIts been a while and we have not heard back from you. So as per the new flow, for any recurring plan having a free trial a minimum sign up fee is a must.
Because Stripe needs an amount to capture the card details of the vendor. Otherwise how it can’t process the recurring charge after the free trial.

But still kindly check in future whether this happens with any other user for the same plan( without changing any details).

To check the same we have added our stripe access on your staging site.
We have created a test plan on your site with a $1 sign up fee and 1 day free trial period and a recurring fee of $5.A user has subscribed to that plan on 30th october( https://tinyurl.com/yoklr84p ). So as per the free trial set up that should end on 31st october.
We have checked the details of this subscription from the admin Stripe dashboard and the free trial set up for the recurring plan is working perfectly. Kindly check the video for the details of the same in the stripe dashboard https://watch.screencastify.com/v/CoU20sKqJzUTdxdqTTlA.
Now to test the free trial setup you can also test the flow with your stripe on your end. Once an order gets placed you can go to your stripe dashboard >>Subscription>>Select the subscription that you are testing with and there you will get all details(trial period, next payment details) associated with that.

No, the users will not have two payment options in the checkout if both Stripe connect and Stripe marketplace modules will be activated.
The Stripe connect connects the vendor with the admin. So that they get their commission from admin through stripe. It has nothing to do with the checkout.
On the other hand, the MVX Stripe Marketplace gives the payment option with Stripe in the checkout. So that once a user pays with Stripe marketplace, the money will get split accordingly between the vendor and the admin instantly as soon as the order is completed.
But please note that to use the stripe marketplace module in the checkout the stripe connect module needs to be enabled.
Sangita Support SquadKeymasterHi @Nathan Wolhendler, We have two separate pages for Vendor Registration and Checkout to create users on the registration page and then link them with the subscription on the checkout page.
We now realize it might be more efficient to combine these two pages. We’ve informed the development team, and I’ll keep you posted on any updates. -
