@shrikant We really want to help you to resolve the issue on your end.
As mentioned earlier, orders for products from vendors other than Sanjay Singh were processed without any problems on your end. However, issues were observed only when attempting to place orders for products associated with that specific vendor.

To address this, we recommend contacting your server team to inquire about any errors recorded in their logs. Kindly share this information with us so that we can examine the details and provide assistance accordingly.

Regarding the observation that orders are successfully placed once MultiVendorX is disabled, this is likely because, without our plugin, the product is no longer associated with the vendor and becomes an admin product. Consequently, orders for the same product encounter no issues.

Please get in touch with your server administrator, obtain the error logs, and share them with us. We await your response to proceed further.

@a.kh We will surely keep you posted.

@froztech.com We’ve conducted a thorough analysis on your side, and it appears that you’ve implemented custom code that restricts users with a vendor role from accessing the backend and uploading images. This situation applies universally to all users with the vendor role, regardless of whether they are old or new.

We recommend carefully reviewing the code you’ve added on your end to identify and address the restrictions placed on vendors. Please verify this on your side, as we have not imposed any such limitations from our end. It seems likely that the issues faced by your vendors are a result of the custom code implemented on your platform from your end.

@a.kh Our development team is actively investigating the issue, and we will notify you promptly once a solution is implemented.
As we will be closed during the weekends hopefully by Monday we will be able to provide you with the solution. We appreciate your cooperation.

@NoriiPop Marketplace We are extremely sorry for the delay. However, Our dev team is thoroughly investigating the issue. Hopefully by next week we will be able to provide you with the fix.
    We appreciate your cooperation.

@masterpiececreative.design , There is no such setting to show only the town and country on the store page.

So you can simply override the shop-front.php template file and remove the address part that you do not want to be displayed on the store page.
You may follow the below overriding path to override the template file.
    yourtheme/MultiVendorX/vendor-dashboard/shop-front.php.

@a.kh It seems like there is some issue with Stripe’s API. However, I have informed the dev team regarding this. They are looking in to the issue and we have also got into touch with stripe team regarding this. Kindly give us some.

@a.khPlease verify if the subscription flow with payments through Woocommerce Stripe Payments exhibits the same issue, and specifically, check if the problem persists during the renewal payment process. And let us know the same.

@a.kh Kindly share the error you are getting on your stripe account with us.

@masterpiececreative.design We do have an option to hide the store information (http://tinyurl.com/yt87gh5f) from the vendor store page. You just need to go to the vendor dashboard>>Store settings >>Storefront, where the vendor can check boxes to hide specific information from being displayed on the store page. You can check by configuring this option on your end. This works fine with the default vendor store page.

As the Elementor is broken on our end that is why we are not able to test it on our end with the elementor designed vendor store page. So kindly check the flow on your end and let us know the same.

@a.kh we just added the fixed version of MultiVendorX Pro on your staging site. Then placed an order for a subscription product and the order got placed without any issue and also the subscription status is displayed as active.

Can you please check and let me know what issue you are getting on your end and how we can recreate the same.

in reply to: Multivendor X and Elementor Custom Fields / Dynamic Content #215150

Hello @masterpiececreative.design Thanks for getting in touch with us.
Regarding the MVX Store page in Elementor, our current support is limited to store tabs such as Store Logo, Store Information, and Store Content Tab.

Unfortunately, ACF fields are not currently supported in these tabs. If you wish to incorporate ACF fields on the MVX store page, you’ll need to implement support for them on your end by adding custom code. Feel free to refer to our existing code for guidance.
