For the vendor dashboard you are using the wrong shortcode. As you are still using WCMP on your end hence kindly use the below shortcode for vendor dashboard –[wcmp_vendor]
CopyAlso We no longer give support for WCMP and its addons as WCMP has rebranded itself as MultiVendorX. Hence to upgrade to MultiVendorX Pro You can go for the below options
Option A
We will share MultivendorX Pro (with zero cost)with the module you need. i.e. if you had only Frontend Manager, then you can only use the Frontend Manager Addons feature in the MuliVendorX Pro.
But you can’t update the plugin after this, as this is one-time solution only. But for this you need to have an active subscription and order. If your order has expired then you can’t upgrade to MultiVendorX Pro free of cost. You need to place a new order.

Kindly create a staging site that should be an exact replica of your live site and share the staging site url, temporary admin and ftp access of your site so that we can check the issue on your end.While sharing the access don’t forget to mark your reply as private.

1. It sent the WC_Email_Vendor_New_Account email twice to the user

We have checked this on our end and the autosave is working fine.
There might be some theme/plugin conflict on your end. Just to be sure, kindly deactivate all plugins except WooCommerce and MultiVendorX on your site and also switch to some default theme such as twenty twenty three or storefront.
Please do keep us posted regarding the same.P.S we are closed till 24th.

Sangita Support SquadKeymaster@closetspacestudio.com sorry to hear that. As you have installed and activated the MultiVendorX plugin there should not be any issue enabling the modules of the free version.
Can you please deactivate the installed MultiVendorX plugin once and then activate it again.
If still the issue persists please deactivate all plugins except WooCommerce and MultiVendorX on your end and also switch to some default theme such as twenty twenty three. And check again .p.s. Our office is closed due to holidays (20th to 24th Oct). Hence, the response might get delayed.

—Is there a way for vendors to just enter their PayPal email when signing up or in their dashboard and I will make manual payouts?
I don’t want to set up any automatic payment options (PayPal Split/Stripe Split) and will just accept payments from Stripe and make weekly payouts to vendors through PayPal manually.

As you are facing an issue, kindly check if you have enabled paypal masspay/paypal payout payment modules from the MultiVendorX modules submenu in the admin dashboard or not(https://prnt.sc/tHv1yHXdHDNi).
—Also, will this “PayPal email” field show up in the commissions CSV? How can I include this field so I know which payment goes to which vendor?
