    @arturvirabyan15 Currently we do not have support for Minimum/Maximum quantities for products which are sold on the basis of weight. But I have informed the development team to add support for this in future enhancements of MultiVendorX. They will take further decisions regarding the same.
    For now if you want to add such a flow for the Min/Max quantity(weightwise) for products then you can achieve that via adding custom code on your end.
    In this process if you need help please let us know we will surely help you with the hooks/filters.

    @shrikant We are assuming that the vendor sanjay singh has some huge data on his end So, when he is trying to login,the gateway server is not receiving any reply in time from the server. Hence this error.
    Now to locate why this vendor is facing this please do contact your server provider and inquire about why this specific vendor is encountering difficulties when establishing a connection to the server. They should have some error log, which will give us the idea why server request keeps failing.
    If the problem is coming from our plugin, all your vendors should have experienced the same issue during login. Now, without hearing from them we can not proceed with debugging the issue on your end. As this whole issue is only coming from server side.

    We have checked the same on your end but the translation is not working on your end somehow. To debug the issue further on your end can disable plugins and themes on your end. We need approval from your end to proceed with the debugging.

    @yasu Sorry to hear that.
    But we have checked this on our end and the automatic payments using PayPal Masspay are getting executed without any issue. Kindly check the video https://watch.screencastify.com/v/edWRwSS7nl5fln6HXaWc.
    Kindly check carefully if you have put all the details of your masspay account from the admin and vendor end. If there is still an issue, check our log file inside our plugin.
    Alternatively, you can share a temporary admin, ftp access and we can see the settings and error log.
    While sharing the access don’t forget to mark the response as private.

    @escatechafrica As we have shared earlier, the template overriding is working fine on our end. If you have followed the provided overriding path correctly there should not be any issue with the template overriding.
    Now as you are still not able to override the template file on your end, kindly share the site url, temporary admin username, password and the login access of your cpanel. So that we can check by overriding the template file on your end.

    @shrikant We are also getting the same gateway timeout error on our end while trying to login with the credentials of the vendor sanjay sing (https://prnt.sc/M2C9Iec-elUY).
    This error is coming from your server. So kindly reach out to your server admin to fix this issue. They will be able to help you accordingly.
