We have checked the above mentioned overriding path for rejected-vendor-account.php(yourtheme/MultiVendorX/emails/rejected-vendor-account.php.) file on our end and it is working fine.     Hello @Picflick,We are confident that the email you mentioned is not being initiated from our side. Please review the specified overriding path for the email template. It explicitly states that it is a WooCommerce template
    To override and edit this email template copy woocommerce/templates/emails/customer-invoice.php to your theme folder: storefront/woocommerce/emails/customer-invoice.php.

    So kindly get in touch with the WooCommerce team regarding this.

    @Picflick I regret to learn that you encountered an issue on your side. We’ve examined the process on our end and did not encounter any problems with the reCAPTCHA verification. It’s important to note that the reCAPTCHA call is initiated by Google, and our plugin is not involved in that process. Therefore, I recommend carefully reviewing the settings associated with reCAPTCHA in your Google account to ensure everything is configured correctly.

We logged into your site but were not able to create a MVX Store page using the elementor to check the issue as the elementor is not configured on your staging site. So kindly complete the configuration of the elementor pro on the staging and inform us about the same so that we can proceed with the testing on your end.

    Please follow the instruction we have shared inside the template i.e. Override this template by copying it to yourtheme/MultiVendorX/emails/rejected-vendor-account.php. It should work now.

    @NoriiPop Marketplace I have informed the dev team regarding this flow. They will implement the flow as below –
    If the admin enables both PayPal marketplace and Stripe marketplace then in the billing section of vendor the “all of the above payment options” will be selected by default and other payment options will not be available for vendors there either. There they will have to add both paypal email id and connect stripe accordingly and click save options.

    @NoriiPop Marketplace as you have enabled both the modules but the vendor has added only PayPal on his end that is why the issue is happening.

    So once both the modules are enabled only the “all of the above payment methods” option will be enabled by default and vendor will need to add both paypal and stripe connect. Our team will add these modifications. We will provide you with this fix. Kindly provide us some time.

    Sorry to hear that you have faced an issue on your end.
    It seems like there is some theme/plugin conflict on your end. Just to be sure, disable all plugins except WooCommerce , MultiVendorX, MultiVendorX Pro on your end. Also switch to some default theme such as twenty twenty three or storefront and check again.
    If still the issue persists please create a staging site that should be an exact replica of your live site and share the staging site url, temporary admin and ftp access with us.
    While sharing the access don’t forget to mark your reply as private.

    Hi there, Thanks for getting in touch with us.
    For the modifications of a, b,c,e as you want to modify the display, you will have to add custom css on your end. But please note, whenever you are adding the custom css on your end kindly add that on the child theme.

    For the query mentioned in point d, you just need to go to the admin dashboard>>Appearance >>Customize>>WooCommerce>>Product catalog and set the product per row accordingly.

    @NoriiPop Marketplace The issue with Paypal marketplace cards has been resolved already. We have already provided you with the fix also.
    Now the error in the checkout is showing as your vendor has not added their stripe connect account on their end while the stripe marketplace module is enabled. So in order to fix that the vendors need to add their stripe account accordingly.
    If there is any other issue other than that please let us know.
