@shrikant As mentioned previously, if the problem originated from our plugin, all your vendors would have encountered the same login issue. However, this is not the scenario; only one vendor is currently facing the problem. To pinpoint and resolve the issue related to establishing a connection with the server for this specific vendor, it would be advisable to contact the server admin directly. Without insights from them, we are unable to proceed with debugging the issue on your end. It appears that the root cause of this matter lies within the server side. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.
Sangita Support SquadKeymaster@Launch Digital Sorry to hear that. kindly decativate the MultiVendorX Pro plugin from the all plugins page and then activate it again. Now go to MultiVendorX >>License submenu>>Deactivation, uncheck the box and click on save changes. after that go to the activation tab and after putting the API details click on save changes.

To activate the MultiVendorX pro license go to MultiVendorX >> License submenu >> put the API details and order id and click on save changes.You will get the required API details from here https://multivendorx.com/my-account/api-keys/.

Since our data for testing is limited, it would be immensely helpful if you could set up a staging site mirroring your live site and share the staging site URL, temporary admin credentials, and FTP access with us. This will enable us to investigate the problem on your end and provide assistance in resolving the issue.
Also it will be really great if you can share the exported .sql file of your database with us so that we can check the issue and solve it accordingly.Sangita Support SquadKeymaster@a.kh We will wait for the access.
