    @Nathan, Our replies are inline with your queries –
    Whenever it says Shipping I want it to say Shipping / Delivery. (left nav, banner, buttons…)
    2. Instead of shipping by Zone I want it to say Shipping / Delivery Options
    3. On the drop-down to change the wording, not sure yet what they will be

    We are not able to access the debug log on your end. It shows 403 forbidden. We need to check the debug log to proceed further with the issue.

    @Zia Rahim On our end, We have placed an order and from the backend changed the order status to failed order. Now as the order has been placed successfully initially that is why the commission is getting created and when the order status is changed manually by the admin the created commission stays just as earlier. We are sure, if an order has failed status then commission will not be there. At the same time, MultiVendorX will pay the commission to the vendor only if the order status is completed or processing.

    Regarding the zero commision, the fix for the issue with vendor commission will get added in our next update. So, for now please use the fix shared here : https://drive.google.com/file/d/1NPCj74P3B7MpO2UjSBggJgTGy6N8E3Q1/view?usp=sharing

    Hi @Chris, As you already know that the compatibility with MultiVendorX has been added from the better messages plugin team so the code for this integration has been modified on their plugin only. And debugging their code is really very difficult for us. Kindly ask them to share the code snippet as they know their coding better
    However, I have informed our team to check this. But depending on our team’s availability, they will look into this.

    @Chris, We never had conflict issues with elementor. The issue was coming from some codes and that has also been modified on our end. We have checked the above mentioned scenario on our end with the MultiVendorX (4.0.30), Elementor (3.17.3) and Elementor pro (3.13.2) , everything is working fine as shared in our earlier reply.
    Given that you’re encountering similar issues again, it’s likely due to a conflict with other plugins. To troubleshoot this, we recommend temporarily disabling all plugins except for WooCommerce, MultiVendorX, Elementor, and Elementor Pro. Gradually re-enable each additional plugin one by one to pinpoint the source of the problem.

    @Justin Harrison Our team has already integrated the support for the Stripe Custom accounts with Stripe’s updated API in our MultiVendorX Pro 1.1.2 version.
    Now can you please tell us what issues you are facing on your end with Stripe so that we can look into those and help you accordingly.
