    @jeff.margel Sorry to hear that you have faced an issue on your end. It seems like there might be some theme /plugin conflict on your end. Just to be sure, deactivate all plugins except WooCommerce and Product stock manager & notifier for woocommerce on your end and switch to some default theme such as twenty twenty four or storefront and check.
    If still the issue persists please create a staging site that should be an exact replica of your live site and share the staging site url and temporary admin and FTP access with us so that we can check and provide you with a solution accordingly.
    While sharing the access don’t forget to mark your reply as private.

    Sorry to hear that you have faced an issue on your end and thanks for sharing the staging site. But we need the temporary admin and FTP access too to check the issue. Also please make sure your test stripe access is added in the staging site.

    Thanks for reporting this to us. Our team checked this on our end but everything is working fine and we are not able to recreate the same issue on our end.
    It will be really helpful if you kindly share the staging site where the issue is replicated accordingly so that we can have a look and add a solution for the same.

    @Nathan Wolhendler We added our stripe sandbox details on your end and checked the flow of membership subscription with a card for a generic decline and also for a card with incorrect CVV. In the checkout while paying with the card the order did not get placed and also there displayed an error. As a result the vendor got registered on the site as a pending vendor and no membership is assigned to that vendor.

    As you can see this is totally connected with stripe account configuration so kindly check where is the configuration issue with your stripe account.
    If needed we can share our test stripe account with you and you can then collaborate with the Stripe team by sharing both our and your Stripe account details. This will enable them to identify any discrepancies in the settings and provide relevant insights.

    Hello @Tandy R M Silva, With the “Clear Transients” option the vendor can simply clear the dashboard widget transients cache.That means this function helps in removing any temporary cached data related to dashboard widgets.
    Now to remove this menu from the vendor dashboard you can simply add the below code in the functions.php file of your current active theme –

    The sections shown by you on the screenshot are not getting translated because we do not have support for translation for those options. But not to worry, we will add support for translation of those in our next update and also keep you informed regarding the same.

    For your site the service providers can simply register as vendors and enlist their services on the site by adding their services as products.

    As you do not want your vendors to add products in their carts, rather want to give them an option to enquire about those products. And using our plugin WooCommerce Request a quote & product catalog (https://multivendorx.com/woocommerce-product-catalog-mode-pro-quote-request/) plugin the customer can simply fill an enquiry form for the products of their choice and after that with the enquiry chat feature they can simply get in touch with the vendor and do the further communication accordingly.
    For the payment flow you can surely use the escrow to hold the payment from the customer and also set the commission disbursement in the MultiVendorX accordingly. So using this flow the customer will pay the money to the admin at the time of purchase and then once the customer gives feedback that everything is fine the vendor commission will get disbursed accordingly.
