@a.kh Yes, we are able to recreate the issue with the renewal payment. Kindly share with us how we can run a cron for renewal payment of a new active subscription on your end.

@barhoom I assume you already know that WCMP has rebranded as MultiVendorX and hence we are no longer providing support for WCMP and its add ons. So kindly upgrade to MultiVendorX and MultiVendorX Pro accordingly.
So in order to upgrade to MultiVendorX Pro, You can go for the below options
Option AWe will share MultivendorX Pro (with zero cost)with the module you need. i.e. if you had only Frontend Manager, then you can only use the Frontend Manager Addons feature in the MuliVendorX Pro.
But you can’t update the plugin after this, as this is one-time solution only. But for this you need to have an active order. If your order has expired then you can’t upgrade to MultiVendorX Pro free of cost. You need to place a new order.
