With MultiVendorX you can set commission on categories . Now kindly let us know if you want to calculate commission on subcategories . Also please let us know what flow you are trying to achieve through this code . As shared by Moumita it was presumed that you had theme /plugin conflict issue, because all the invoice functionality was working fine on our end . That is why we have requested you to share the access of your staging site . This is our standard debugging process. However we are sorry for the inconvenience we just followed the debugging procedure .

But to locate the issue for your site, we need to access your admin end. Your previous access is not working.

But just for information the admin needs to add at least one reason for refund on the admin end for the radio options to appear for the customer from where he can choose an option and request for refund . There might be some theme /plugin conflict on your end . Just to be sure, deactivate all the plugins except WooCommerce , MultiVendorX , MultiVendorX Pro on your end, switch to some default theme and check again .
