Hello @Karin Schloß, Stripe no longer supports the direct charge type for multi-vendor environments, necessitating its removal from our end. While we plan to reintroduce this feature in the future, please be aware that when we do, it will only be available for payments to a single vendor. This means that to utilize the direct charge type, you’ll need to limit your cart to a single vendor.

Now, you just need to enable the recently active plugins from here https://zaptly.launchweb.co.za/wp-admin/plugins.php?plugin_status=recently_activated and then switch to your theme from the actvated default theme.

We have added the fix for the Stripe marketplace there as well.

Sangita Support SquadKeymasterHi there, We checked the issues with the product addon option and our replies are inline –
b) Even though the cursor changes to move when placed over the sort icon, there is no move/sort ability.
>>Can you please let us know from where you are getting the sort option as we are not able to get it in the Admin end and as well as in the vendor end.
c) The Expand/Close option does not do much. (see screenshot and video)
>>Our team will look into it and add a fix for this in our next update.
d) Options disappear after the product is updated. (see screenshot and video)d) is the most critical since there is no way to see/edit the options after the product was saved.

And the commission is getting generated accordingly. Kindly check the screenshot here https://tinyurl.com/2a4463uf.
Now there might be some other commission set for the product or the vendor that you are testing with. So kindly check again carefully on your end.Let us know if you need any further assistance from our end.

We have checked the flow of status synchronization of Suborder with the main order and we are able to recreate the issue of the status not being synchronized on our end.
We will add a fix for this in our next update.
