As per our flow when a user places an order, we create sub order for each vendor, so the cab manage their own orders.
Now if you want you can hide the sub order section from the order list page.
We will provide the custom code for this.

It seems like there is a theme/plugin conflict on your end. Just to be sure, deactivate all plugins except Woocommerce, MultiVendorX on your end and also switch to some default theme such as twenty twenty four or storefront and check again.
If still the issue persists create a staging site that should be an exact replica of your live site and share the staging site URL, temporary admin and FTP access with us so that we can look into the issue on your end.
