Sangita Support SquadKeymasterHello @Sergio Wong Chung There is no such global setting for the invoice fields of admin, vendor and the customer.
The settings for admin and customer invoice fields need to be configured from the admin end and the vendor needs to configure the settings of his invoice from the vendor dashboard.
But I have informed the dev team regarding adding global settings for vendor invoice in future updates. Now as there is issue with the data on your end, kindly create astaging site and share the staging site url, temporary admin and FTP access with us so that we can look into the issue on your end.

Sangita Support SquadKeymasterHello @Sergio Wong Chung, Kindly check whether you have set up the tax from the WooCommerce settings accordingly. Because if that is configured accordingly then the tax amount is also present in the admin invoice (https://www.awesomescreenshot.com/image/45409845?key=977bea9dd8d8e664f4fda17d84701e4b).
Now if you have configured the tax on your end and still the section of tax is not coming on the invoice then kindly create a staging site and share the staging site url, temporary admin access with us.
To show the tax and other details in the vendor invoice as well the vendor needs to go to the vendor dashboard >> Store settings >> Invoice and from here need to configure the invoice settings accordingly (https://www.awesomescreenshot.com/image/45409761?key=cb6df97ecb094f4effb08cd253ce5d1a). We have just released the HPOS supported MultiVendorX and MultiVendorX Pro. Kindly update the plugins and check whether everything works fine on your end.
In this update we have added support for a newer version of PayPal API. So, after the update, you need to re-configure PayPal Marketplace by following this doc https://multivendorx.com/docs/knowledgebase/paypal-marketplace-real-time-split/
Regarding the enhancement you’ve requested, our development team hasn’t initiated work yet due to their involvement in significant update related works. Rest assured, once the new functionality is implemented, we’ll promptly inform you. -
