Just to be sure, disable all the plugins except WooCommerce and MultiVendorX and check again.
If the issue still exists, please switch to some default theme such as Twenty Sixteen and check again.

1. We are unable to update the vendor profile information from the frond end manager screen. it gives the massage in the file attached.
>> can you please translate the error message in english and share that with us.2. the social media links seem to not be required, however when I try to save the vendor profile information without filling those fields out it does not let me go through and gives me the message in the second file attached.

We have also added a fix in our GitHub.
So, after downloading the plugin from here – https://github.com/multivendorx/MultiVendorX/archive/refs/heads/main.zip, follow these steps :
– Delete the installed MultiVendorX via wp-admin >> plugin
– Unzip the GitHub plugin
– Rename the folder as “dc-woocommerce-multi-vendor” and remove the master tag. Now, zip this folder again.
– Install this plugin on your site.

Kindly check whether the membership plan owned by the vendor have add product capability (see this screenshot – ). https://prnt.sc/OXK6D2jtvdo4The vendor will be able to add product only if the membership gives him the Submit products capability under the Product related capability option .https://prnt.sc/VhKGo-cYugmi

To set commission for each vendor go to MultiVendorX>>Vendors>>Edit Vendor>>Payment>>Commission Amount
