We are able to recreate this on our end and add a fix for the same in our next update. You can keep track of the issue from here https://github.com/multivendorx/MultiVendorX/issues/589.

To enable this functionality, you may need to implement a custom code solution or ensure that the third-party plugin you are using for WooCommerce is compatible with MultiVendorX. Since you have already contacted our custom team, they will provide further assistance and respond accordingly
Sangita Support SquadKeymaster@Manigandan E V From your shared screenshot, it is clear that the MultiVendorX Pro is not active on your end. So kindly activate the plugin on your end first.
Now if you already have installed and activated the MultIvendorX Pro plugin on your end then at first deactivate that plugin from the plugin’s page and then activate it again and then go to MultiVendorX >>License, here put the Product API and Product id and then click on save changes.Please do keep us posted.
