Brief Introduction #
The Follow Store module enables shoppers to follow their favorite stores, helping them stay informed about new products and updates from trusted store owners. This feature enhances customer loyalty, increases engagement, and drives repeat sales by creating a direct communication channel between stores and their interested customers.

Configuration from the Admin Dashboard #
To enable the Follow Store module:
- Go to Admin Dashboard → MultiVendorX → Modules
- Select the Customer Experience tab at the top.
Find the Follow Store module and enable it.
Once activated, customers will be able to follow stores across your marketplace.
Customer Experience #
Customers can easily follow their preferred stores using this simple process:
- Open any store page in the marketplace
- Click the Follow button on the store banner
- They’ll receive a confirmation email and future store update notifications (like new products or coupons)Â
Store Owner Features
Store owners can view their followers by:
- Opening the Store Dashboard
- Going to Store Support → Store Followers to see all follower detailsÂ
This visibility helps store owners understand their customer reach and track their growing community of loyal shoppers.
Automatic Notifications #
Once a customer follows a store, they will automatically receive email notifications when the store owner performs the following actions:
- New Product Launch: Notifications when new products are added to the store
- Coupon Creation: Alerts about new discount coupons and promotional offers
- Store Updates: Information about important store announcements
